Although it was a bit of wait before I was assigned to my service consultant, Mr. Chang (I guess there is some issue with my internet reservation and my case was left over somewhere), the overall service was service consultant, Mr. Chang (I guess there is some issue with my internet reservation and my case was left over somewhere), the overall service was great. Mr. Chang helped me immediately once he took over my case, and explained to me the procedures and my options. I called in later in the afternoon to pick up the car which was originally scheduled for pick-up the second day, and the car was prepared ready within 45 minutes and washed. Overall my experience at Audi Prestige was very good. The only downside is that I got a smelly old rental car during the service and I should have asked for a ride to my work nearby, which I will definitely keep in mind next time. More
