Prestige Audi is fantastic! We've bought our last two cars there. I live pretty far away from this dealership but I drive there because I love their customer service (even though there is another on two cars there. I have never encountered a rude person there, they are always very nice. The moment you walk in someone is making sure you are taken care of. They are very efficient and they take care of everything, making the chore of getting your car serviced easy. One thing that I can't stand with some dealerships is that when you are getting work done, they leave you stranded without a car. That's a big deal for me (or deal breaker). I, like many others, can't be without transportation. Prestige NEVER does that, I'm always offered a car, regardless of what is being done. With Prestige's complimentary service and rentals, I'm getting kind of spoiled (as it should be!). I think I will be driving Audis for the rest of my life because I really don't want to go anywhere else. More

Yelsen was amazing - he waited for me 40 minutes after 6pm because I was stuck in traffic but had to get my car that evening. He called me the afternoon before with updates regarding my car. Mr Maradiaga was very professional and friendly, available for questions, like he always is. I would have appreciated to get a loaner car from the beginning instead of having a rental car for 4 days available for questions, like he always is. I was met and taken care of immediately. Although car was not ready when promised, a rental was provided immediately at no charge. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
