The service attendant was very rude, unpolite and cold. He even look to me when I spoke, he answered looking to the other side. Audi treats you good when you are buying a car. Also they never have a loaner. The same gentleman had the courage to tell me I was 29 in the line. Please! Just tell you don’t have it!! Poor service!!! More

I bought my 2023 Audi Q5 2. 0 Quattro last Friday September 22, 2023 from their North Miami dealer ship . The sales person who assisted me in my transaction was Christian Neumann 0 Quattro last Friday September 22, 2023 from their North Miami dealer ship . The sales person who assisted me in my transaction was Christian Neumann. He could not have been more helpful. First of all his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. He also persuaded me in a positive way to buy a 2023 car versus the 2020 model that I selected on line which in hindsight was the right thing to do. He also had me in and out of the dealership in a record time which I really appreciated since I was in a hurry. To sum up Christian was the consummate professional and represented the dealership in a very positive fashion. More
