I just purchased a 2018 Lexus LS500 a week ago and I’ve only put 50 miles on my car since. I paid $54,000 for this car and my front rotors are warped. I just went to the dealer and spoke with my sales person Chris and said “front rotors are not a safety concern.” He said his Service Manager drove the car and said it’s not a brake safety concern, mind you these are 2 piece rotors. I requested to go on a test drive with his Service Manager and he didn’t allow me to. I then asked for his Sales Manager and said Margarita has nothing to do with that either. Chris gave me my keys back and pointed to the car, mind you it was around the building and didn’t even respond when I asked where’s the car. What kind of service is this? I buy a car and already have to deal with a rude sales person AND according to him, no manager can do something. Ridiculous. Stay away. I’ll have to call my bank to see if they can help. More
