Worst service. Awful car wash. Twice I needed service - When booking an appointment they tell you they have a loaner available - when you arrive they tell you there’s no loaner. Happened to me the first t When booking an appointment they tell you they have a loaner available - when you arrive they tell you there’s no loaner. Happened to me the first time and I waited 3 hours. The second time I brought it in the screen had a glitching issue and they told me there was no loaner available. After seeing that the repair would take 4 days they miraculously within the same hour suddenly had a loaner available. The loaner car was gross - smelled like old cigarettes and air freshener coming out of the vents. When I brought back the loaner the rep apologized for not being able to give my car that I left a wash because the wash isn’t working. Then I overheard her on the phone saying she’s bringing the loaner back for a wash. I feel like I leases a Hyundai (no offense to Hyundai but for Audi I expected a little better) More
