Also, back in July 2025, Illia, Wendy, and the Manager went beyond what was expected to get me a loaner when there weren't any. They kept on trying until they got me one. I was assisted by Diana, who initially quoted me $4,900 to fully resolve the issue. I specifically asked her if that would be the final cost and if everything would be taken care of within that budget, and she assured me it would. Trusting this information, I approved the service. However, a week later, Diana contacted me again saying they found another issue with the braking system—specifically a major component related to the ABS that would bring the total cost up to nearly $10,000. This was after I had already spent $4,900 without the original problem being truly fixed. In the end, I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. I was left with a car still not fully repaired and facing an additional $5,000 expense on top of what I’d already paid. Considering the car’s market value is around $12,000 to $14,000, it made no sense to proceed. After this experience, I will never consider buying an Audi again. If anyone asks, I will honestly share this terrible experience with Audi and this North Miami dealership. More

Well, today my advisor was on the rude side! I came in because my car said it needed oil. They did that — plus more — without really explaining. At the end, I asked how much it was, and he said, “$200.” I asked, “For what?” and his response was, “For what you brought it in for.” I then said, “Please give me the receipt.” Nasty attitude! This is an expensive car! I can’t help but feel like his attitude toward me has changed because I’ve brought my car in six times for the same issue and had to get the lemon law involved. In the end, it turned out to be something minor they could’ve figured out earlier — and now I’m the one paying the price with rude treatment from their staff. More
