To clarify, the initial visit was for a brake quote, and our inspection confirmed that the brakes were worn and needed replacement. When the vehicle was later returned with the ABS warning light on, we recognized this as a separate issue that required its own diagnostic process. Our team proceeded to investigate the ABS concern independently, as it was not related to the brake wear previously identified. We understand that the additional repair significantly impacted on the overall cost, and we truly regret how unexpected and concerning this situation must have been for you and your client. Professional Response to the Review: I would like to clarify that from our very first visit, the ABS issue was clearly identified and discussed with Diana. I made it very clear that the quoted budget should cover the solution to all the car’s problems, including the ABS warning light that was already on. Diana explicitly confirmed to me that the amount quoted would indeed fix everything. Furthermore, I expected that, at the very least, a professional approach from Diana would have been to inform me of any additional costs before proceeding with any work. Now I find myself with a half-finished car, not fully repaired, and I’ve already spent 5,000 dollars without having the problem solved. I consider this unprofessional, and it’s not something I expected from an Audi dealership. Honestly, I now have a very clear stance: I never want another Audi in my life.
