My overall experience was excellent. I was visiting from out of town and my vehicle broke down. I was able to drive it to the dealership and Christina did an excellent job of making sure my vehicle was repa out of town and my vehicle broke down. I was able to drive it to the dealership and Christina did an excellent job of making sure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner despite multiple parts needing to be ordered from all over the place! She was even able to get me a loaner car, she booked me a Lyft to my hotel and back to pick up the loaner and she kept me informed through each step of the process. If I could leave her a 20 star rating I definitely would! More
