The agent applied the typical dealership tactic to overcharge me for a service after I left their facility providing contradictory arguments several times. When confronted with the actual price of the parts and presented a coherent judgement for why I do not agree with their overcharge, the service agent eventually backed off and claimed that all the additional costs not confirmed while present will be covered by the garage. It was also claimed that because they always do a good work, they are not willing to switch back the old part. The long story short, the part under warranty was replaced and the additional part required to be paid was just pocket money for the agent or the garage. Sadly, many unexperienced people without access to the real parts database fall victims to this or similar tactics. Moreover, the agent breached twice the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act. More
