Probably the worst Audi dealer around the area in terms of service. Only thing nice about the dealer was my salesmen I even referred him to my other friends to buy vehicles from him. Other than that, service department or the managers won’t care about you after you buy your car. They will play dirty little tricks and blame you for it. The service department is horrible. You will not get updates at all until you ask. Don’t expect a reply back within the same day either. Minimum 1 day sometimes 2 days for updates. Maybe it’s the same guy I’m always paired with, but honestly I’m not sure why you work at service if you don’t provide any service. More
