Service Advisor Sean provided excellent guidance. Audi Regional let down Audi North (and me) by only sending half of the required parts ordered to do my repair. 40k service is long and I probably should’ve asked prior to scheduling as I chose to wait at the dealership. Nonetheless, the staff was very helpful and attentive.
