Best Dealership in Michigan I've leased vehicles from 4 different dealerships in Michigan and by far, Audi of Farmington Hills is my favorite!!! I walked into the dealership May of 2016 & I felt like family before the door closed behind me. Everyone there is very professional and personable. My plan was to have my uncle lease the vehicle for me because my credit needed some work. The GM and finance person did something I didn't expect. They got me approved to be on the lease and my uncle as a co-signer!!! They worked everything out perfectly and I'm very grateful! Going in for service is awesome because everyone still remembers me. I recently went in for service and met Torben Neudoerffer. He's new to the team and from what I can see from just meeting him, he's a great addition to Audi!!! We had a great conversation and he inform me of some options of upgrading if I wanted to. Please go to Audi of Farmington Hills and see Torben, he'll take good care of you. More

Disrespectful Had an appointment to look at 2 new cars. Torben suggested showing me a "CPO Q5" that wasn't even certified and even older Q5. Also Torben had zero interest in trying to sell the Audi brand. He was mostly interested in telling me how expensive Audi's are and that its probably out of my price range when I never even told him my price range. What salesperson is eager to tell you prices before even getting the customer in the car? I would never recommend Torben or this dealership and I pray other Audi dealers are not like this. More

Poor Service Very poor customer service. I emailed my interest in a car on a Saturday, and received a response relatively quickly. I responded almost immediately Very poor customer service. I emailed my interest in a car on a Saturday, and received a response relatively quickly. I responded almost immediately to the salesman's email with a couple of questions regarding price and condition of car (since the CarFAX indicated a minor accident), and never received a response. I sent a second email follow-up almost immediately, reconfirming my interest in buying the car. On Tuesday afternoon, after not receiving a response, I contacted the sales manager only to be advised the car had been sold. The car was still unsold as of Tuesday mid-morning on the dealer's website. I will buy an Audi A6 from somewhere, but clearly not from a dealership that has no interest in responding to high potential customers. More
