Zahraa was a dream to work with. She is competent, empathetic, organized, and professional. The new Phone system at the Suburban Collection is not so great. The Service Department She is competent, empathetic, organized, and professional. The new Phone system at the Suburban Collection is not so great. The Service Department gets all the calls by default- I feel bad for them- they handle it with complete professionalism thankfully- but there isn’t an option for an Operator to help a caller find the right person/department. Hopefully this will not be a problem for long. I’m very glad Zahraa was my contact for what I needed to take care of. I look forward to interacting with her again in the future. More

We scheduled an appointment to see an Audi that they had listed on Cars.com as ready to go, then were told the vehicle hadn't gone through inspection yet and we had to wait to test drive it after changing o listed on Cars.com as ready to go, then were told the vehicle hadn't gone through inspection yet and we had to wait to test drive it after changing our plans. After 2 days, the sales person told us the car needed too many repairs and was being wholesaled and we could not look at/purchase it. Why list it on Cars.com if it wasn't even ready to be test driven/sold? They also advertise home test driving and delivery on Cars.com but when we called they said they didn't offer that and we would have to drive to their dealership. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices. More

Unorganized location in Farmington hills. I love my vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive and they don’t have a vehicle available. Now I’m late for work, inconvenienced on gas and I still have to return for an oil change. Keep in mind I needed my oil changed a week ago but they said 9/24 was the soonest loaner available. I’m so upset and will be avoiding service here at all cost!! More
