Dear Jerron Contratto, I am writing to follow up on several messages I have left over the past week regarding my recent service experience. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response, and I would appreciate your attention to this matter. I brought my vehicle in for what was expected to be a routine oil change; however, the issue was not properly diagnosed or resolved during that visit. As a result, I had to return for additional service within the same week. This caused significant inconvenience and led to out-of-pocket expenses, including $250 in rental car fees. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle, I was informed there was a six-week wait, leaving me with no alternative but to secure a rental at my own expense. Given the circumstances—particularly that the initial service did not resolve the issue—I believe a reasonable reimbursement for these costs is warranted. I have been patient in waiting for a response, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication.
