Poor service Dept, making the switch to Danbury Audi Currently leasing two Audi's which i love. I'm an hour away from the dealership and the only thing the service dept is worried about is getting back Currently leasing two Audi's which i love. I'm an hour away from the dealership and the only thing the service dept is worried about is getting back their loaner vehicle. My wife went shopping while they were servicing our vehicle. Service dept called with additional work that was needed (new tires). We told them to put new tires on but we wouldn't be able to continue shopping so we would have to bring the loaner car back after work the following day. The said that wouldnt work and needed the loaner back first thing in the morning which we couldnt do. Had to have the tires put on by a local tire company which was another inconvenience. Going to Danbury Audi now and will never look back at Nyack Audi for sales or service! More

I have an Audi dealership about 2 miles from my house but instead I drove an hour from New Jersey to Nyack New York for this deal. Anthony was great to deal with and knew the vehicle well. Very easy going salesman. I’m very happy to have meet such great people and if I ever buy another Audi I would definitely look them up. Matt in finance was great also. Emergency response After having purchased a beautiful 2018 A-5 sport back last November, we had an unfortunate accident in Early March 2019. Fortunately, no one was inj After having purchased a beautiful 2018 A-5 sport back last November, we had an unfortunate accident in Early March 2019. Fortunately, no one was injured but the car was totaled. I called Kristian Klouda at Audi Nyack and after commiseration he swung into action. Within 24 hours he had located an exact replacement and 7 days after the accident we had signed the paperwork and the car was ours. Kristian made the process smooth and quick, his professionalism was apparent from that first phone call. We are now happily driving our new A-5, perhaps a bit more slowly, and loving it!!! More
