The overall experience was great with the only "good" being the price. I understand that I bought an exceptional car and as such there are no "deals" and I am happy with the concessions that I did "good" being the price. A "good" price is all that can be expected, but, as the customer, I guess you will always wonder if you could have done better. My salesman, Ingo Phal went out of his way to be helpful in all respects and there were many. He was incredibly patient and when I had questions, he found the answers. Donna, the finance manager, was friendly and helpful. She knows her business and her closing abilities are exceptional. You walk away with the feeling of having been helped rather than pressured into the car care plans she is providing FOR YOU. More
I bought a used Hundai from Bob Moore Audi. When the salesman was showing me the car he went out of his way to make a big deal of the Carfax report showing that the car had never been wrecked. At the time I thought that was kind of odd because the car had fewer than 10k miles on it and looked nearly new so it wouldn't even have occurred to me to check on that. Then, when I was driving down the highway 2 weeks later a window BLEW AWAY in the wind!! I took it to a local Hundai dealer, furious with the quality (as I thought it to be) of the car. The Hundai dealer looked it over and determined that the car had been involved in a collision and the window had apparently been a cheap repair job. To make things even worse, when I called the Bob Moore dealership back and spoke with the manager, he denied any knowledge that the car had been wrecked (really? Your service people hadn't looked it over???) and wanted to know what this had to do with them. Under the law I could have insisted on returning the car but all I asked was that they pay the cost of installing a new window. He refused to call the auto glass shop and told me to have them call him. Then, when the auto glass shop owner tried to contact the manager he had to call every day for 5 days before the manager "was available." I wouldn't trust these people to sell me a bicycle much less a car, at this point. EditDelete More
I have purchased 6 new cars in the past 10 years and I always dread the buying process. Not this time. Sales rep Frank was helpful and did not try to rush my buying decision. We called 4 Audi dealerships: yours, the one in Tulsa, one in Kansas City and one in Springfield, MO. Only Frank followed up, finding us the Q7 in the color that we wanted. Had an overall fantastic experience at this dealership. However attempting to get service after the sale has been drawn out. Husband called yesterday to check on it, more than a month after the fact, and he said he would call him back that afternoon. Still no call. WE really loved the dealership and the entire team at Bob Moore Audi, but we are hoping this is not typical when attempting to get service. I'm aware that this is through the salesmen and not the service department. We would still recommend this dealership to friends and family, but I would be much happier if we could get our issue resolved. Thanks. More

I have been to this dealership many times, I get service there for my existing Audi and it was time for a new or newer used car. I went in after reviewing the one of the used cars for sale and ended up buy there for my existing Audi and it was time for a new or newer used car. I went in after reviewing the one of the used cars for sale and ended up buying new instead. The used car was very nice, as well as the price but the hail damage was worse than I expected and the new 2013 model was amazing and I was happy with the price quoted. After the sale, I have gotten some great follow-up calls and service from Walter. I also had great service and a great loaner car dropping my new car off for some of the extra service purchased at time of sale. Thanks Bob Moore Audi! More
