He was willing to negotiate on a price without any hassle/pressure. Donna was awesome and found me a better rate on a loan than my bank offered, which I was very surprised they offered better. I bought the car and flew down. Frank picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle and brought me back to the dealership where my car was ready. Ingo was always there to answer our questions. The A8L has more features than any vehicle we have ever seen! Ingo helped explain every feature, plus many more we were not aware of. We decided to order this car. Although the process was about 10 weeks, Ingo, Perry and Mark kept us informed and up to date. The car showed up on time. Purchasing and closing was simple and hassle free. After closing, Ingo has stayed in touch with us to answer questions and help with scheduling winow inning, service, etc. This is the first Audi we have owned and so far, it has far exceeded our expectations. No follow up after purchase from sales team at Porsche dealership. All smiles and handshakes until sale was completed. I purchased a CPO car that supposedly passed a checklist and then discovered after dr dealership. All smiles and handshakes until sale was completed. After driving 3 hours one way to purchase and spending a substantial amount of money, no follow up call or thank you card has been sent.
