Audi Ontario advocates for their customers! Ambar Mejia and the staff over at Audi Ontario are as good as they get. I had recently bought a used A4 from another dealer and had it checked by Audi Ambar Mejia and the staff over at Audi Ontario are as good as they get. I had recently bought a used A4 from another dealer and had it checked by Audi Ontario. It turns out that the car I bought had an issue in which the engine potentially needed to be replaced. I had bought an extended warranty from where I first bought the car but the extended warranty had fine print stating that the repair that needed to be done wasn't covered. So here I was, needing to spend a huge chunk of my finances to repair a car I had just bought. The previous dealer didn't tell me anything about the problem and I felt so helpless. In comes Ambar and Audi Ontario to save the day. Ambar went above and beyond to talk to her manager and the Audi reps and managed to present my case. She truly advocated for me and put herself in my shoes. Ambar was able to discount my costly repair by a huge amount. Both AOA and Audi Ontario made me feel like a valued customer and stuck up for the little guy. They even gave me a loaner car to use during the repair. That's the type of customer service that builds trust and loyalty. I was starting to believe that I would be one of those customers that would just slip through the cracks and the dealership would just wash their hands and walk away, but that was not the case here. I thought that this big luxury car corporation wouldn't care, but I was wrong. They made sure they made me, an everyday customer feel important. They were able to show empathy, and made me feel like not just another person but a valued customer. This is the first Audi I've ever bought and Audi Ontario changed my mind from never coming near another Audi again to potentially being a lifetime customer. Some dealerships make it feel like they're doing you a favor for average service, but the staff at Audi Ontario make being exceptional the norm. They're super friendly, great at communicating, and thorough. Thank you Ambar and the rest of the staff at Audi Ontario for going above and beyond in showing excellence with how you treat your customers! More

Decent Maintenance Services with Great Customer Relations This was our first (complementary) maintenance service for our new Q7. Scheduling was very easy and a pleasure as the customer relations representativ This was our first (complementary) maintenance service for our new Q7. Scheduling was very easy and a pleasure as the customer relations representative was very attentive. We like to get in and out early, therefore, we were the very first customers and waited for opening. Once opened, we were very professionally greeted by a service representative (Ms. Mejia). Everything was a breeze and we collected a loaner vehicle (Q7). Unfortunately, this is as good as the experience developed itself. The loaner vehicle was dirty (even though) for being the first customers to collect one as well as it did not contain a full tank of gas (which we later re-mediated). According to the service representative, Audi does not cover tire rotation and balancing as part of this service. Therefore, they charge you $40 for a simple rotation which any local shop can do for free. After several hours we had to call the service desk to inquire about our vehicle; something that does not happen with other luxury vehicle dealerships. The exchange was prompt and easy. Once again, the representative was really nice and wished us well; demonstrating she received good training or just carried great customer relations skills. However, upon getting home we noticed blackened-oily hand prints in several areas of the cabin as well as hood and engine bay areas. Nothing a microfiber towel can't fix but once again, not what you'd expect from a luxury vehicle dealership. More
