Mrs. Mina, I first want to humbly apologize for the service experience you feel you received this past Friday afternoon. As you are aware appointments and appointment drop off times are made to convenience our customers, not inconvenience them. We strive to meet all of our customer’s requests that agree to meet at their appointed times. We also rely on our customers to return our loaners within a reasonable time once their vehicles are completed, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do not allow our cars to return in time creating an unfortunate situation as you experienced, It’s very rare that we experience this situation but unfortunately is does happen, and for this, I truly apologize. Our service department takes in over 800 cars a month and we make every effort to exceed our customer’s expectations especially those that need additional attention or have returning concerns such as your vehicle. It is impossible for me to speak to every customer that comes through our doors, but I make myself available to any and all customers that request my attention, please don’t hesitate to speak with me directly if you are dissatisfied with your experience or just want to review your current vehicle condition. My shop foreman and I have reviewed your file and have an action plan ready to work on your car. I look forward to meeting you today at your appointed time of 5PM.
