Service Department Customer Service Short vehicle history... Bought an Audi brand new in September 2017 and have been having nonstop issues with the electrical system since. Which then r Short vehicle history... Bought an Audi brand new in September 2017 and have been having nonstop issues with the electrical system since. Which then resulted with a complete wiring harness replacement in November... Reminder brand new car. Fast forward to this week where the same issues are happening but now triggering additional issues. I called ahead (Tuesday) to schedule a service to drop off the vehicle in exchange for a loaner (Today). Low and behold they screw up and miscommunicate amongst their departments and gave away our reserved vehicle, resulting in driving a car hoping the lights, blinkers, and steering works. It happens, no big deal, right? But my issue is with the service advisor and manger showing apathy. I was told that Conrad was supposed to call me about the vehicle, never happened. And while at the service counter he hid behind his desk and avoiding the situation altogether. Not that I need a hug or anything, but shows true character. Again, I don’t care but wanted to share with who might. But most importantly, it wastes our time and now have to reschedule. More

I had been to West Covina Audi 2 times prior and could not figure out the problem on my A8 it turns out it was a cracked motor mount and trans mount thank god I took my car two Ontario got the job done and provide a wash and rental car was in and out in 30 mins after drop off More

First Service at this dealership I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I wait I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I waited for the completion of the 10,000 mile service. The dealership has been excellent ever since I walked in. My previous vehicles were a Lexus and BMW and I must say, my first experience with an Audi dealership was equal or exceeded these other luxury brand dealerships. I also must compliment Jonathan Valdovinos as he was the salesman I worked with to purchase the vehicle. He made the experience a simple and non-pressured one.
