Excellent customer service I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell y I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell you he has excellent customer service skills he is very professional and friendly. He had me out, on my way in a few minutes as I was in a rush to get out because I was getting a ride from my sister back home. Erik kept me updated on the status of my car which I very much appreciated since I was coordinating my day. From day one the service department has been so helpful, given me advice and recommended the best for my vehicle, they do a free multi poit inspection every time i visit them and thanks to that i feel more comfortable driving my vehicle avoiding expensive repairs in the future. The staff from the service department that helped me has been the best experience i ever had. My personal experience is based on the quality of service from Luis Macias ( Audi Service Consultant) of Audi Ontario. He would accommodate a rental car for you and will keep you updated and will suggest what's best for you. What i love the most is the way i bring my car to them ( perfectly clean ) Is the way they returned to me.
