Hello Mr. Sexton, Thank you very much for taking the time to read my response. I am very satisfied with the interactions I’ve had with your service staff. However, upon going on one of my appointments for work this morning, the low oil level indicator came on. I then immediately pulled over to add yet another quart of oil so as not to cause damage to the engine. I’ve had my car service by Audi of Ontario on 3 separate occasions for the same issue. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I keep being told the car is good to go and I should have no problems with the burning of oil and leakage moving forward and I really need my car for work. I’ve missed almost a week the last time I took it in. I’m not sure what to do at this point. It makes me really sad. What do you advise at this point?
