I brought my vehicle in for a software update and my service manager, Vincent Wu, got it taken care of quickly. I was checked in for the service and on my way in just a few minutes. Miles Frank is a role model for what all service managers should be. Miles, from our initial first meeting was friendly, professional, articulate and a concerned listener. When my E-Tron needed to have 2 recalls completed, I had left my garage door opener, gate remote & my security remote in the console of my car. I texted Miles about this, and he volunteered to drive these important items to my home. I was so thankful for his thoughtfulness.
