I had an appointment to have service done with Miles Frank. This was my first time having service done at this location and I will not take my car elsewhere as long as I have it. Dealership is always clean and well kept. Luis Macias was nice and efficient. Don’t understand why an oil change took 2 hours? Lexus in El Monte you are in and out in less than an hour. I had an 8 am appoint nice and efficient. Don’t understand why an oil change took 2 hours? Lexus in El Monte you are in and out in less than an hour. I had an 8 am appointment. Audi Ontario is always the best customer service experience. Luis Macias took great care of my car and informed me of all the warranties and what my car needed to be up to date. I received a new bat experience. Luis Macias took great care of my car and informed me of all the warranties and what my car needed to be up to date. I received a new battery, oil change, tire inspection and recall service all in a few hours. Very efficient use of my time and my car was washed and ready to be safely back on the road again.
