This was a great experience, they were waiting for me when I pulled up. Now that’s customer service!! Awesome Service! I brought my Audi Q5 in for a service. Excellent customer experience. I was met at my car. I was greeted. Everything was handled quickly and correctly I brought my Audi Q5 in for a service. Excellent customer experience. I was met at my car. I was greeted. Everything was handled quickly and correctly but did not feel rushed. I was impressed with the overall level of concern and for the awesome communication. I appreciated the loaner vehicle. Jake Narasky was our Service contact. Kept us well informed of the progress of my car. However, their upload speeds were troublesome and slow and took 2 days to download NEW MMI updates.
