My car was taken care of, however, communication needs improvement. When I dropped off my car, I had no idea how long service would take and left with the impression I would get an update at the end of t improvement. mixed experience I have a 2018 Q5 and have taken this car in for some ridiculous 10 times in a little bit over 2 years from buying new. Basically non-stop, small issue I have a 2018 Q5 and have taken this car in for some ridiculous 10 times in a little bit over 2 years from buying new. Basically non-stop, small issues. It took them 5-6 times to fix the backup camera issue and annoying noise from the steering wheel never goes away I will be there about the 4th time for this issue. I really think Audi should reimburse my gas for these excessive number of trips. However, as much as I understand, a dealership is not really responsible for quality of the cars, they just sell them and provide service. Luis Macias from their service team stood out and took care of me. I know his is not the responsible technician. I am very disappointed with my car and highly suspect if this technical team is up to challenge but Luis is my guy. I never felt Luis is not on my side. More

Erik Garcia was extremely helpful in servicing our Audi Q7. There was an issue with our brakes and we needed a tire rotation. I also thought there was a problem with locking and unlocking our vehicle witho Q7. There was an issue with our brakes and we needed a tire rotation. I also thought there was a problem with locking and unlocking our vehicle without the remote. Turns out I was doing it wrong. He was so nice and polite in pointing it out to me. I would like to thank service manager Luis Macias. The service provided from Audi Ontario was superb a very easy process. Received an email regarding the repairs needed decided to proceed with those repairs as they were still covered under the warranty. Luis Macías and his team there at Audi Ontario had a loaner vehicle ready for me to go. Which by the way I happened love the 2019 A4 a newer model then mine.. Was just wow... So smooth. However I did miss my Audi A4 and when it was ready again an easy process to pick it up. Repairs were done on my vehicle and it feels great. I would really like to thank Luis Macias for going above and beyond to accommodate my time frames and fixing my vehicle. Much appreciated, Elaine Hernandez More
