As a prior Audi owner; I previously had my car serviced at a different location that had a decent service department but had I had a fabulous service advisor; so Zachary has big shoes to fill. Nonetheless; Zachary Rojos far exceeded my expectations and made my service (tire rotation) a pleasant experience. From the time I arrived, Zachary greeted me with a smile and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. The young lady that assisted me with my check out was also very nice and thorough. More
