Service "dropped the ball" and lied My experience goes back about 3 months on my 2018 Q5. I first noticed a twitch of the windshield wipers when driving and called the dealership to ask My experience goes back about 3 months on my 2018 Q5. I first noticed a twitch of the windshield wipers when driving and called the dealership to ask. They mentioned it was not normal and to bring it in. I did and they said they reset the computer and adjusted the wipers. Bring it back if it still happens. Later, I was in for the 2nd time when I was told my the shop foreman that it was normal and to watch it and write down the occurrences. I came back in for a 3rd time because it was getting worse, twitching about 4 times in a 10 mile drive. I was told that they would contact corporate and get back to me in 1 week with a solution. Now, its been 2 weeks since my last contact with Audi and I have not heard anything from the service department. I have emailed, left messages and no one is getting back to me. I finally brought it into the dealer for the 4th time tonight and demanded that a manager (Kevin) get involved. I was told that service "dropped the ball" and never did anything. Not only that, Tim from the shop came and told me that the twitch of the wipers only occurs when you start and turn the vehicle off. I can not believe that I have been lied to and given the run around for months. To make things worse, my wipers did a full swipe on my drive home to remind me of how bad the service is. More

Service Visit Review I had my 2018 A3 serviced at Audi Ontario this past month. My point of contact was with Adrian Madrid at the service department. He did an excellent j I had my 2018 A3 serviced at Audi Ontario this past month. My point of contact was with Adrian Madrid at the service department. He did an excellent job communicating the servicing process and I was pleasantly surprised to have all my questions and concerns addressed thoroughly. After a preliminary inspection they were quick to tell me that they needed to order a part and that the repairs wouldn't be completed until the next day. Within the hour they had me in a complementary rental vehicle of similar quality to my A3. The whole experience was quality from start to finish. The service department here does excellent work. Thanks again Adrian. More
