I met Chris back in 2006/2007 when he was a service advisor at Anaheim LandRover where he was very professional. Knowledgeable ,and provide the best customer service everytime I brought my 2006 RR Sport Supercharged in. I bumped into Chris again many years later at the Landrover Cerritos service department where Chris continued to provide top notch service. Ontario Audi definitely picked up one of the best service advisors. He is truly missed. -Paul Griffith More

I had initially thought that this was due to worn out control arms. Service Advisor Chris Davila and Technician Darrin Bitterolf were able to diagnose the problem, which was due to worn engine mounts that had leaked hydraulic fluid. This was a crucial part to replace, and now the car is back to its former smooth ride. Thanks, Darrin and Chris! More

It was time FIRST, A LITTLE HISTORY. I purchased my 2013 Audi Q7 at a dealership that will remain un-named, and I had always had my car serviced there. At 25k m FIRST, A LITTLE HISTORY. I purchased my 2013 Audi Q7 at a dealership that will remain un-named, and I had always had my car serviced there. At 25k miles, that dealership told me I needed new brakes and rotors. I went home and removed the wheels, measured the calipers and found them to have plenty of remaining disc thickness above Audi's service recommendation. I drove the car another 25k miles before needing them replaced. At my 45k service, they told me I needed a new battery at a cost of 650 dollars. I refused, having no indication at all that the battery was about to fail. I did take the car to another Audi dealer as well as a European auto repair center that services Audi and was told my battery was fine. Also, since the day my car was purchased, I averaged maybe 14 to 16 MPG and always complained at every service about the low fuel mileage. Always told that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. At the 45k service I was told my fuel canister had a leak and needed repair. Of course it was out of warranty but I went ahead and had them repair it for 650 dollars. Since that repair, my mileage has averaged 16-18.5 MPG. AND THEN I FOUND AUDI ONTARIO: I just had the 65k service completed by Audi Ontario and couldn't be happier. Chris Davila was my consultant and was super helpful. I had the tires replaced, a 4 wheel alignment and the service completed. They did find a leaky water pump, so it was repaired as well. Chris and the staff were honest and fair. I did have them check the battery and yes, it still does not need to be replaced. Overall, I had a great experience here and again, Chris was the best. I will certainly return back to Audi Ontario for my future Audi service needs. More

Chris Davilia, had helped me out on previous times and scheduled my visit. once I arrived he had a technician waiting to accompany me on a drive to explain and identify the noise. the check in was smooth and very professional. Above and Beyond Chris was amazing. I came on a Saturday morning without an appointment needing some help with oil . I was there at 7:30am and the Service Department d Chris was amazing. I came on a Saturday morning without an appointment needing some help with oil . I was there at 7:30am and the Service Department did not open until 8am. So I just parked outside and was waiting until 8am. At 7:45am Chris came to my car to ask if he could help. Within 20 minutes not only was my problem solved, but he did the help himself ! He even helped explain my next service and options to me. The checkout staff (sorry I did not get the two girls names) were great too. They were helpful, kind and understanding. Thank you !!!! More

Although we did purchase our 2018 Q7 from Ontario Audi, we were hesitant to service our current and older Audi vehicles here because we have an existing +10 year relationship with another Audi service department but they were much further away. We needed to service our car recently and decided to give Ontario Audi service department a try. The experience at Ontario Audi has been exceptional. From the initial phone call to make an appointment, Adrian Madrid, our service advisor, provided clear, in depth knowledge on what the maintenance service includes and how long it would take. He asked if we needed transportation, uber or loaner car. Adrian greeted us as we arrived and took care of our car immediately. Our car was finished at the estimated time frame, washed, vacuumed and wheels looking shiny. Overall, clean facility and friendly service. Never felt pressured or rushed. Highly recommend Adrian Madrid for all your Audi service needs. More
