Although we did purchase our 2018 Q7 from Ontario Audi, we were hesitant to service our current and older A This review is for the service department. Although we did purchase our 2018 Q7 from Ontario Audi, we were hesitant to service our current and older Audi vehicles here because we have an existing +10 year relationship with another Audi service department but they were much further away. We needed to service our car recently and decided to give Ontario Audi service department a try. The experience at Ontario Audi has been exceptional. From the initial phone call to make an appointment, Adrian Madrid, our service advisor, provided clear, in depth knowledge on what the maintenance service includes and how long it would take. He asked if we needed transportation, uber or loaner car. Adrian greeted us as we arrived and took care of our car immediately. Our car was finished at the estimated time frame, washed, vacuumed and wheels looking shiny. Overall, clean facility and friendly service. Never felt pressured or rushed. Highly recommend Adrian Madrid for all your Audi service needs. More
