Brought in my used but new to me A3 for my 1st oil change and normal interval service, which I was prepared to pay set rates. Erik ran a check of the vehicle and to my surprise it had Audi care package which meant all my services needed were covered! Woo hoo, thank you Erik Garcia & Audi Ontario. Oh yeah they even had offered to Uber me home. I had a ride but also a very nice touch More

FIRST SERVICE VISIT I brought my car in for the first service and was immediately greeted by Chris. I thought an oil change was needed as the car showed a reminder. C I brought my car in for the first service and was immediately greeted by Chris. I thought an oil change was needed as the car showed a reminder. Chris checked to make sure that an oil change was necessary. Turned out that a service reminder had not been reset in the car. I was 6 months early! We had a laugh about the "good news" & the issue was corrected. I'm very confident that any requests will be handled quickly & efficiently by Chris. He is a valuable asset to this Audi dealer.
