Excellent Service Impressive service department personnel. The other evening about an hour before the service department closed for the day, l drove in to Walter’s Aud Impressive service department personnel. The other evening about an hour before the service department closed for the day, l drove in to Walter’s Audi - Ontario with a rough running engine. Service consultant, Adrian Madrid, assisted me in taking my A4 in for review by their service department technician. Adrian and his technician inspected & made adjustments to my A4. By the time they were completed, it was more than an hour after their usual closing time. They advised and affected interim service which corrected my engine problem. I was impressed with their high level of customer service, courtesy and professionalism . That’s genuine customer service above and beyond what is normally expected. Walter’s Audi Ontario and Adrian are now my “go to” dealer for excellent service. More
