As soon as I stepped into the service area I was immediately greeted by Eric Garcia who My recent service visit was completely smooth and effortless. As soon as I stepped into the service area I was immediately greeted by Eric Garcia who promptly began checking my car in, did an attentive check of the car exterior and routine start up. He then finished up imputing the car into the computer and had an Uber set up to take me home to wait for the service to be completed. As soon as my car was finished and washed Eric Garcia called me and had another Uber already scheduled to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. The whole experience went like clockwork. Adrien made feel reassured that this would be easy and quick and as far as any other additional recommendations I felt like they were reasonable. He let me know things that should be taken care of first and with no pressure at all. Was please with his attitude and best of all when I picked my car it was ready with very little wait.
