Customer Service that still VALUES customers As a young woman that knows close to nothing about cars, I always expect to feel uncomfortable and out of place at dealerships. I have to start off by saying that Erik G. in the Service Dept. has always taken care of my concerns without hesitation and for that this dealership has my trust. In each of my experiences here- and there have been many- I have always been treated with respect and sincere full attention. I am a picky person with an eye for detail and imperfection so I know I am a difficult customer to please. In any complaint I have had I was never belittled and they are always fully addressed and made right. Erik always keeps me updated in my vehicles service needs and the time I can expect to have my car back. I know and trust he will advocate for my satisfaction and he has gone the extra mile and taken it upon himself to make sure my car is handled with the utmost care. In a recent experience here I have to give special recognition to Conrad C. and Erik for their professionalism and keeping their customer service high quality. Excellent service Adrian was very helpful in setting up our appointment and getting us a loaner vehicle when the regular staff could not accommodate us.
