2009 Audi IT shouldn't take this long to replace one assist sensor. The actual installing didn't take but an hour and a half that's fine but what led up to g IT shouldn't take this long to replace one assist sensor. The actual installing didn't take but an hour and a half that's fine but what led up to getting the part and having it prepared for the grill took to long. But as always there was nothing else wrong or I've never had any other problems there I enjoy going there and enjoying the staff . More
Service “Emergency” I needed help fast. On a Tuesday night I was parked at a hospital while my wife was having her broken leg tended to. When we came out, my battery had I needed help fast. On a Tuesday night I was parked at a hospital while my wife was having her broken leg tended to. When we came out, my battery had died, stranding us in a parking structure. I was able to get a jump and drive home. My wife had another spot the next morning and my car barely turned over. Audi agreed to get me in and out with a new battery in under 1 1/2 hours. They did it! Thanks go out to Erik Honn at Ontario Audi for making it happen! More
Auto Service I take my car there because of the great customer service and person touch although I did not see the guy that usually writes up the invoice. Cashing I take my car there because of the great customer service and person touch although I did not see the guy that usually writes up the invoice. Cashing out was not good. The Cashier did not have anything to say, I asked questions and she did not engage. This makes me sad, may need customer service training. Other than that, I will return. Respectfully, Yvonne More
