A little over a year I'd spoken with Nancy about a possible trade-in, but the numbers did work in my favor. Nancy is great at follow-up, but not pressuring. She basically reached out about some deals they had going on in August & remembered all that I was looking for & called to let me know what she had available. I loved the convenience of being able to send me the stickers on them both via email before I even decided to make a trip there. It was a smooth transaction & they got me all the things I asked for and even more since my 2017 Q7 was needing another set of tires (after 1 year) & I was contemplating getting rid of it instead of putting the money into more tires after such a short time. I was pleased at how the process went & the ongoing tech to help me use all the great features in the vehicle. More
