Great Experience We were buying a car for my daughter to replace the one that was totaled when she was rear-ended. Of course the insurance company did not give her enough money to replace her car, so we were shopping under a lot of stress. The first contact from the Audi dealership was with Julian Thornton. He could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. Even his texts back and forth were friendly. He guided me through a very nice test ride off of the crazy-busy road the dealership was located on. It gave me the chance to pay attention to the car instead of all the traffic. He answered any questions I had and found the answers to any he was unsure about. The manager came over and introduced himself. He was also able to answer a few more questions I had. We were buying a used Toyota Prius from an Audi dealership which felt a little silly to us, but we might as well been buying a brand new Audi for all the attention and care they gave us. The dealership was immaculate, as was the car, so I came back with my daughter the following day. Julian was busy with another customer, so he introduced us to James Coffin who would work with us. I was a little disappointed that we would not be able to work with Julian, but James was every bit as pleasant and helpful as Julian. He took my daughter for a nice test-ride, again, on the calmer side roads behind the busy road the dealership was on. Everything went well, so I told her to choose between the Prius we had seen earlier in the week, and the one she just test drove. The bottom line is the deciding factor was that we both felt better giving our money to a dealership that was so helpful, friendly, and pressure free. If I can ever afford an Audi, there will be no question as to where I shop. The only issue I have is that there was no flexibility on the price. We are so strapped for cash, that it would have been incredibly helpful if we could have gotten the price down a bit. More

I told him I had drove all the way from Woodbridge, VA; and I was looking for latest Audi Magazine (#114) and James knew exactly where to find one. Also, I ask him about two vehicles I was interested in: the RS5 and the 2019 Q8. Without feeling any sales pressure, he gave me as much information as he could about both vehicles. James was friendly and pleasure to talk with. Although, the Q8 won’t be available for another three months; James will be the salesman (Audi Brand Specialist) that I will be looking for. Explained the options and features. Went for a test drive that was relaxing and comfortable. I got to make my own choices about what I liked and didn’t like about the Audi mid size lineup without any pressure. Jim answered any questions I had throughly. The BEST part was that Jim’s demeanor didn’t change at all when during our conversation I had said I’m not going to buy, I just want to see the lineup and expierence the car. He was truly a pleasure to deal with and I highly suggest anyone to deal with him in the future. No pressure. No stress. Just friendly, comfortable, relaxed, and down to earth. More

Although we were very close to the closing of the center, she let us test drive both of the vehicles we wanted to try. When we came back for the second appointment and were ready to buy, the manager went above and beyond to find the best option for us.
