Hello Jakob, Again I am not complaining about the adviser or the service technician. I am complaining about whoever promised me a loaner and did not record it or else notify me that things had changed. If that had happened I would have rescheduled the appointment. Audi has been great otherwise! When shopping for my next car it will be an Audi!
