Hi Suzanne, I'm sorry for the confusion in the Coupon you received from us. Our technicians measure the thickness of the Brake rotors, and if they are deemed to be too thin, we recommend replacing the Pads and Rotors. My technician did his job and due to the measurement, he provided, we included the full brake job in the quote. Brakes are a safety item, and we always ensure that the repairs we perform at our dealership are done to Audi's Specifications. This was all relayed to you when we provided the quote. You disagreed and we did what you requested. This is all noted on your Invoice. My Service Advisor did accidentally click on the wrong Tab for your Pickup and Drop off on Uber's site, and I apologize for that.
