I am sorry for the miscommunication and experience. We could have done a better job. I did research and unfortunately, the tires were ordered on Friday the 11th when you were in and had to ship out of Philadelphia. They arrived on the 15th and we completed the repair. I will reach out to you as your business is important to us. Regards Ed Stockel GM

Thank you for your review as I always appreciate the feedback, however, I would have to disagree unequivocally with the way this is characterized. The service loaner fleet is managed as a courtesy to our customers and is offered free of charge at considerable expense to the dealership. An oil change normally is done in less than an hour and would not constitute the use of a courtesy vehicle. In this particular instance, the repair was completed in 40 minutes. While we try to accommodate our customers, we also desire to have a two-way partnership with customers who cognitively realize what makes sense in these trying financial times. Unfortunately, due to some individuals abusing the use of loaners (not stating you intentionally do), we do have to tightly manage their use and in this instance, I would hope you could see why the use of a car for a $69.00 oil change would require us to ask that it be returned the same day. We value all of our customers, regardless of gender, and strive to treat all equally. In order to clarify the concerns, the vehicle was brought in on January 18th and the Multi-Point Inspection was completed and sent to you at 11:20 am on the 18th. On the inspection, it was noted that the timing chain was stretched and that the vehicle battery tested faulty. You declined the repairs including the battery on or about the same time. The car has never been here prior to this visit so I cannot tell where the previous $9000 of repairs were made. The vehicle then was left on the lot until January 28th requiring a jumpstart to get it started when you came to pick it up. I have spoken to the advisor who handled the repair and I know him to be polite and professional so I am sorry you feel uncomfortable as a woman in this situation. If I can help in any way let me know, Edward Stockel General Manager estockel@Group1Auto.com

I apologize as my staff was only following the warranty guidelines from Audi that we received that day and pursuant to conversion with them they indicated that the repair would not be covered under warranty due to the suspension modifications. In my opinion, it should have been covered. Let me know of any other issues. Ed Stockel General Manager

I am sorry you feel that you were overcharged for your repair. Sometimes maintaining/repairing a vehicle with over 100,000 miles can be expensive. The repair was completed with the proper book times as dictated by the Audi Warranty flat rate manual. Certainly, an independent garage can charge less but Audi Dealers use factory parts and specialize in Audi Vehicles. Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss.
