Buying the car was enjoyable and easy! Getting an oil change was a huge inconvenience. I scheduled a 10am appointment a month in advance and showed up expecting to wait for 30-60 minutes. I was told no one was available to do it until later that day. No loaner cars available.. The woman working the desk was stressed and unfriendly.. her abrasiveness was unnecessary. She explained that the entire service department goes on lunch break from 12-1 so no one is available. That’s fine, but why did I make an appointment at 10am for a 20 minute job that wouldn’t be started until 4 or 5 hours later? All of that would have been negligible had they just been friendly and understanding, but instead I was made to feel like a nuisance just for being there. More

Audi Pittsburgh is probably one of the finest auto dealers I have utilized in my 60 years. The service department is top-notch. When you check your car in the morning, you have pretty much no wait. T dealers I have utilized in my 60 years. The service department is top-notch. When you check your car in the morning, you have pretty much no wait. They serve you right away. It’s as if they were expecting a morning rush or something. Unlike other car dealers, even the higher in German car dealers in my area do not provide that type of service. There’s always a wait. The staff is always very, very friendly and honest. More
