I was told yes checked automatically when I made the phone appointment but at the dealership I was told it was not. I did ask to have the battery checked. After 6+ hours I was told the battery should be replaced and given a $550 cost. I agreed to a new battery. When I was called to check out the actual cost was over actually over $700 I was only THEN told there is $99 charge to CHECK the battery even though I asked if it was an auto check. Since I was buying a new one from the dealership I feel it is very poor service and reflects poorly on Audi and your dealership to charge for this battery check. Really, If I didn’t buy the overpriced batter from you I could understand paying for the battery check — I feel I was gouged. Service sells to repeat car buyers. Yours is a disappointment. More
