Always a great service experience at Audi Pittsburgh, service writer is always ready and has service order prepared upon arrival. Love the technician video they send with every service appointment and th service writer is always ready and has service order prepared upon arrival. Love the technician video they send with every service appointment and they communicate via text or call when car is almost complete. Only complaint is lot guy parked so close to another vehicle when returning my car I could barely squeeze in without door hitting adjacent vehicle, made no sense because there were many open spaces on Saturday??? Overall Audi Pittsburgh is a 9.5 only losing .5 Point because of the dumb post-service parking. More
