Buying the car was enjoyable and easy! Getting an oil change was a huge inconvenience. I scheduled a 10am appointment a month in advance and showed up expecting to wait for 30-60 minutes. I was told no one was available to do it until later that day. No loaner cars available.. The woman working the desk was stressed and unfriendly.. her abrasiveness was unnecessary. She explained that the entire service department goes on lunch break from 12-1 so no one is available. That’s fine, but why did I make an appointment at 10am for a 20 minute job that wouldn’t be started until 4 or 5 hours later? All of that would have been negligible had they just been friendly and understanding, but instead I was made to feel like a nuisance just for being there. More
