Service was not completed successfully. They claimed my issue was a “sporadic fault” with the check engine light and to come back if it comes back on… well it was still there before driving They claimed my issue was a “sporadic fault” with the check engine light and to come back if it comes back on… well it was still there before driving off the lot. They weren’t able to quote me on what it would cost to fix the issue permanently so I lost faith in the competence of the dealership. The associate, Ray, also made me wait 10 mins while he took a personal phone call when I arrived to pick up my car. The only reason I didn’t submit a 1 star google review was because he voided the service charge. In the end I was left with wasted time and $50 of uber trips. I will never come back. More

Worst service I have ever had. Dropped car off on Tuesday 7:30am for inspection, oil change and new wipers . Did not get car back until Thursday at 4:30pm. I called Tuesday at 4pm Dropped car off on Tuesday 7:30am for inspection, oil change and new wipers . Did not get car back until Thursday at 4:30pm. I called Tuesday at 4pm to see what was going on, car not done. Service dept said I needed new tires, but yet nobody called me to review any pricing. Car has only 19,000 miles. So no detailed pricing was giving to me just tires around $371-$380each and I need alignment done also. Again not detailed pricing giving. I said put new tires on. I called again on Wednesday around 3pm and service said still not done. I called again Thursday around noon and was told car still not done. A message was left on my phone Thursday around 3:30 that car was done. I picked it up and was told bill was $2300. Oh well it is what it is and I then was told they did not put new wipers on. This whole experience was terrible. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. More
