Overall a very poor experience. Vehicle took approximately 6 weeks to repair collision damage including tie rods, steering rack, and wheel bearing. Throughout the time, I had to coordinate between my insurance company and the dealership acting as “middleman”, had to often request updates, and was told at the onset that the dealer didn’t work with insurance companies. In requests at obtaining a loaner; I was told the option was booked out for a month, resulting in significant costs of a rental. The vehicle was ultimately returned to me unwashed and looking poor, and was told the car wash was too busy to do a wash before returning. More
