At a minimum, call a day before your appointment to be sure it is actually scheduled. I had a service appointment scheduled at least a month in advance, called the day before to confirm a loaner car, and was told I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled and they couldn’t do the service. Also, within a matter of a couple of minutes they were able to look back through a month of phone records and determined that from my phone number I had never called them before. In truth, I had also called prior to the service appointment to see if they had a valet service in monroeville. So, there at least two calls from my cell number. Just reschedule? I live an hour and half away and took off work specifically for this appointment. More
