I have nothing but great things to say about Audi Plano and the service I have received from them. In my travels I picked up 2 nails and ended with 2 flats on a sunday. Car was towed to Audi, I texted my service manager, Gilbert and he texted me right back and first thing Monday morning they jumped on the car, got the tires and I picked the car up, washed and in top shape. They communicated with me every step of the way. Can not ask for more. This is my 3rd car purchased from Audi Plano. Audi is a great car and this dealership does a great job. Highly recommend! More
