So a few years ago we decided to give the Abq Audi dealer a try. To our pleasant surprise, we were able to get a very fair deal on a new A4 with minimal haggling. At checkout time there were no surprises. So this lead to us buying from them (all new) a 2013 A4, a 2015 S3, and now a 2016 TTS over the years. Considering everything, Audi Abq exceeded all our expectations. Specifically, we have been able to consistently get service appointments that fit our schedule (we drive 60 miles to get to them), have gotten very fair deals on the cars, and really enjoy the exceptional appearance and waiting areas at the dealership. I note that we have bought new cars from several other dealers over the last two decades and find we are really spoiled by Audi Abq. More

We were actually considering an SUV or possibly a midsize car, but fell in love with the A7 and bought it. Prior to our purchase, we researched and looked at other luxury vehicles in this price range, while observing the dealerships, that were available in Albuquerque and none came close to the A7 or Audi Albuquerque. The professionalism and ease to do business with Audi Albuquerque made our Audi A7 purchase an exciting and enjoyable experience. CJ was our sales person and was very knowledgeable and informative about the different models and features of each of them. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle there, but CJ was available to answer any questions we had. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless. Surprisingly, they made a fair deal without all of the back and forth haggling which I refuse to participate in. The paper work process was simple, straight forward and expeditious. From the point we decided to purchase to the point we were driving away, took less than 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had the dealership tint the windows, add a clear bra and install a concealed radar detector system. Again, they exceeded all expectation with their attention to detail. Nick made the appointment streamlined and trouble free. He had the loaner vehicle up front, garaged and ready to go. Antonio, head technician, ensured that all of the work was done to meet every expectation by working with me on the placement and method of installing the radar system. Everyone at Audi Albuquerque who I have dealt with, which includes Tripp the GM, Dave the sales manager, CJ & Robert in sales, Nick and Marcas in service and Antonio the head technician made it clear they have a passion for their product and care about their customers. Each one have made themselves engaging and approachable for questions or concerns. Tripp, the new General Manager, has taken this dealership to a new level! Not only is the car itself a dream, our purchase and service experience with the dealership solidifies that we made the perfect decision in purchasing this vehicle from Audi Albuquerque. More

Service call As the phone was ringing to call this place i was saying to my wife, "We will have to make sure we take our first Audi here for service from now on." As the phone was ringing to call this place i was saying to my wife, "We will have to make sure we take our first Audi here for service from now on." A 2 minute call with customer service Rep Marcus changed that. He was rude and condescending. Maybe he hates his job or just hates working the day after christmas? Either way he is the third person I have spoken to at this dealership that was extremely rude and miserable. Do yourself a favor like we did and travel 6 hours to Colorado to Deal with an Audi dealership. More

The people at Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque are truly motivated toward service. That term, it seems, is used very casually, but those folks mean it! One of the definitions of service is ‘the action of helping’. A synonym is ‘kindness’. These terms fit those who met me and took care of my car. Jace Turner was my service coordinator. Within the hour from my arrival, they had diagnosed the problem, and were appraising me of what was going on. Parts were ordered, and Mr. Turner kept me informed of progress. Of course, they were also on top of a current recall, told me about it, and took care of it. I also knew the cost of the repair work almost immediately. While in Albuquerque, I was given the use of a loaner car. When I had to return to El Paso for work, they allowed me to take that car. When my ML had been repaired, another great employee, Don Schanning drove it to El Paso. He also told me that he could make the same arrangements for any major service in the future. I believe you can see why I am a loyal fan of the dealership in Albuquerque, and why I didn’t mind the repair cost so much. More

Don is a rare jewel in the auto industry and I have never seen anyone better at what he does in any industry! Since buying an automobile is the second largest investment that one makes, the personalization that Don Shanning brings to the transaction demonstrates his professionalism and understanding of the significance that buying this level of automobile requires. When purchasing an Audi, the buyer appreciates a commitment to excellence. Being able to experience that excellence personalized by a representative of the dealership, represents a rare thing.
