Went in for the an oil change and service as required, the Milage on my Q3 is just under 19,000 miles, I was told that I need my tires changed. Shouldn’t tires last at least 40,000 miles?? I asked to hav the Milage on my Q3 is just under 19,000 miles, I was told that I need my tires changed. Shouldn’t tires last at least 40,000 miles?? I asked to have my tires rotated and they were not… reason, because they need to be changed. My front brakes are making a grinding sound I was told that they needed to be changed the last time I was in… this time I was told they are ok. They are NOT ok! The car was not cleaned inside even though I keep it neat, it was just washed outside. More

The service team is fantastic, however, the sales group is not attentive or helpful. I am on my 3rd Q series. The most recent, I went in and asked about a new Q7. They had a dark one but I wanted white. I is not attentive or helpful. I am on my 3rd Q series. The most recent, I went in and asked about a new Q7. They had a dark one but I wanted white. I asked about transferring one from another dealership which he said no to. So, again, I called the dealership in Austin. They transferred one in from Ft. Worth, I flew down and picked it up the next week. Sales should look at the service group(especially Lorena) to see how to deal with customers. More
