I took my Audi Q6 etron I for a software update. Since. my annual service was coming due, they performed this at the same time. Everyone was exceptionally nice and I received my car back the same day. (Please be aware, however, that when you call to make a service appointment (as opposed to through the app or internet) I believe you will get an AI voice that makes the arrangements. Because I had a specific question about the software update I had to call back and talk to a human.).

I came back to the shop again to trade in my lease to but the new 2026 S3 - my dream car! Once again, I worked with Lucas and Lisa, as well as Rober G (the manager). The experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The team got me the best deal possible and made the entire process so smooth, stress free and exciting. They are the most trustworthy and helpful team I've ever worked with and truly go above and beyond for their customers. Even after leaving the dealership, they continue to help with any questions or concerns and always guide you in the right direction. Credit where credit is due: Frank and Kim made it right. After the direct involvement of General Manager Frank and partner Kim, my situation was finally resolved quickly and professionally. Kim personally called me to understand everything that had happened and immediately began working toward a solution. They not only reimbursed the $2,000+ I had paid to Mercedes because of this situation, but also provided an additional $500 as a gesture of goodwill to bring the matter to a fair and complete resolution. To me, that demonstrated a genuine commitment to making things right rather than simply closing a case. To be completely honest, before I was able to communicate directly with Frank and Kim, I was genuinely anxious as a customer and had no idea how the situation would ultimately unfold. Wanting to better understand my rights and the appropriate way to move forward, I even sought legal advice. Looking back now, I'm actually grateful for every conversation that happened along the way, because they ultimately led to direct communication with Frank and Kim—and from that point on, everything progressed remarkably quickly. I also had the opportunity to speak with Frank personally. What impressed me most was not the financial resolution, but his honesty. He spoke candidly about how the situation had come to happen. As a small business owner myself, I understand that every company genuinely wants to provide outstanding service, yet sometimes things simply don't unfold exactly as anyone intends. More important than the situation itself was the willingness to communicate openly, acknowledge what happened, and stay committed to resolving it. Frank's sincerity genuinely changed my perspective. The resolution itself included a few unexpected twists. I personally picked up the first check from Audi West Covina, but unfortunately my bank was unable to deposit it. After I contacted them, they immediately mailed a replacement the very next day to save me another trip. Unfortunately, the second check encountered the same issue. Once I reached out again, we mutually agreed that a wire transfer would be the most efficient solution. They arranged it immediately, and I received the funds today without any further issues. Although the process took a few unexpected turns, Frank's transparency, Kim's efficiency, and the coordinated efforts of everyone working behind the scenes ultimately made all the difference. Their commitment to seeing the matter through until every detail was resolved completely changed my impression of Audi West Covina. Both in life and in business, problems can arise despite everyone's best intentions. What truly defines a company is not whether challenges ever occur, but whether it is willing to face them directly, communicate openly, and remain committed until the customer genuinely feels the issue has been resolved. I sincerely wish Frank, Kim, and the entire Audi West Covina team continued success. I hope the dealership continues to grow and that more customers will experience the same level of commitment, professionalism, and integrity that I ultimately experienced.

BEST PLACE EVER. THEY'RE SO FAST. GREG IS THE BEST. EVERYONE IS THE BEST. Literally everyone has been so helpful. I come in full crisis mode, and Greg reassures me. He takes good care of my car, and so does everyone here. Not only do they take care of your car, they take care of you. If you need to come in as an emergency, they take you right in and do the service in like 5 seconds. It's crazy fast. I am so grateful.

Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Q5 to Audi Pacific Service - Calbear92

Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Q5 to Audi Pacific Service since the power telescopic tilt button on the Q5 was not in its proper position- slightly depressed in and angled down so one could not lower the steering wheel. I only chose to go to Pacific since it was the closest dealer in the rain and they said getting a loaner “hasn’t been a problem.” [Background, car was at Audi Long Beach the day before for oil change, but I forgot about the steering column button issue]. Upon arrival to Pacific in Torrance, I was greeted and met Service Advisor, Jonathan. He seemed nice enough. Once I told him of the main issue- he went to physically inspect it and got the shop foreman to look at it to see if it was something easy to fix. [and another on-going MMI and Bluetooth issue that’s known across most Audi platforms.] He came back and said that it looks like “outside influence” and that’s not under warranty. It would cost $310. “If it was something easy to unbolt a screw, I would just do it for you, but you have to drop the entire steering column.” I declined. He also said that if your car was just at another dealer- you should go back to the selling dealer (not possible since in San Diego) or the most recent service dealer since you have a relationship with them on THIS car. This button is on the lower left side of the steering column and slightly recessed. One of the clips on the inside was not holding it in proper position, but the inuendo that “we” broke this is absurd. There’s no physical damage. This is the 1st time (and likely last) that this car has been brought to them- I had a terrible experience with a previous service writer several years ago on my eTron SUV where I asked for my keys back and would not return while he was still working there. I will appreciate Jonathan's frankness. He said that I should take the Q5 back to Long Beach or BH since I have had the car serviced there before and since I have an established relationship with them on THAT car- they had more leeway to offer “goodwill” and cover that issue. I was shocked that when he told me that the button was now inside the steering column since the foreman pushed it in while trying to assess. When I actually got into the vehicle- there was now an open hole in the lower steering column and a loose button. Since this was caused by the foreman and it was returned this way- this is not returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was brought it. Not taking responsibility since I declined their $310 charge. Not acceptable. What’s more outrageous- I took Jonathan’s advice and went back to my regular service advisor at Long Beach today. (Charles is awesome!). He not only greeted me when I pulled up- he already saw my note- personally took the vehicle straight into the service. In 15 minutes, the car was ready. Not even paperwork needed since it was a single Torx screw to remove the lower steering column plastic panel and put the power control button back into proper place. I even got a snack in their new comfortable, location. Moral: stick with Audi Long Beach for your Audi service needs.

Thanks to Eric in the service department and Josh in sales I had an exceptionally nice experience having my Audi Q4 serviced today. Eric checked me in as soon as I arrived for my appointment, answered all of my questions, gave me an accurate estimation of how long it would take and even cleared up a glitch I was having with Waze. Josh found me a very comfortable place I could work on my laptop while waiting and used his tech skills to solve issues I was having with my Audi app. Thanks Audi Escondido! I am a very satisfied customer.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Now known as Audi Carlsbad. I must say this was another easy to do deal. I normally do my Audi deals with the big dog where I live in LA, but Donny is someone that I've corresponded with over the last few years and recommend him whenever my San Diego/OC friends are looking to do an easy deal. He's a consummate professional- responsive, friendly, and more importantly- doesn't waste time. I messaged him looking for a very hard to spec vehicle- only 3 of them across the entire US. 1 in Nashville and 1 in Orlando. I had a deal in place at another dealer closer to home, but by the time AFS had verified some information on Loyalty Lease Cash that needed to occur during weekdays- that hard to come by model was sold. Once I confirmed Donny had the exact Q5 that I was looking for, he was able to get a deal done with minimal back and forth. He has a solid reputation and now, after doing our 1st deal together, I can see why he's successful. I was able to review the contract before I made the drive down to Carlsbad. We had a minor correction and I was able to sign the documents with Apple Pencil and some handwritten ones, process my old 2019 Q5 with them, and take delivery of my 2023 Q5 with Warm Weather and Black Optics. It's a beautiful looking car in Mythos Metallic Black with Black Interior. Nick in Finance and Lilly, sales manager closed the deal for us. I had previously opted for 3 year Audi Care and there were no attempted upsells. Everyone was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and will gladly consider doing deals with them again. Bonus: got free entertainment while signing documents- someone driving into service hit their hydrant and sent up a 35 foot while Christmas tree of water for over 40 minutes.

I also notice they all have been with Audi for many years, which is rare these days when employees change companies so often.
