I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Alex Wong, Alex Ortiz, and Chris Ostman for taking care of me when my car had issues. Alex Wong, went above and beyond and got everything resolved and most important Ortiz, and Chris Ostman for taking care of me when my car had issues. Alex Wong, went above and beyond and got everything resolved and most importantly...his background as a previous tech means he quickly identifies issues and knows exactly how to explain them to the techs. Also, he's super nice...something that has been forgotten in this day and age. I live in Calabasas, but I couldn't get Bob Smith Audi to spend even 2 mins to help me. Alex and the team are the reason I purchased my car and continue to come back to Walter's Audi Riverside. More

I went to Walter's Audi in Riverside (100 mile drive) because they had the car I wanted and because the local dealership (which had the same car) was horrible. This was probably the easiest car purchas because they had the car I wanted and because the local dealership (which had the same car) was horrible. This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. A couple of emails, text and a phone call was all it took to get the information on the car. The vehicle was exactly as described and the price was agreed to prior to my arrival at the dealership. I was in the dealership approximately 30 minutes total and was driving home in a new car. Ryan Gonzalez made the process smooth and he communicated everything perfectly.I would definitely recommend this dealership even if you have to drive a bit. More
