This was the same experience when I moved to the A5 Sport back in 2018 and again a few days ago with the shift to the E-tron Quattro; Sayed has been there every step of the way. He is patient, kind, and takes his time to make sure you are truly happy and comfortable with your vehicle. I stopped by yesterday to ask a question about charging the vehicle, he stopped what he was doing walked me over to the charge station showed me the process again, and let me charge the vehicle before I head out to run errands; a small example of the way he cares.
